We offer returns within 5 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Product images (if damaged or incorrect)

Request a Return

Our team will review your request and respond within 24โ€“48 hours.


๐Ÿ”น Return Pickup

Once your return is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup, or

  • Share return instructions with you

Please do not send products back without approval.


๐Ÿ”น Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed withinย 5โ€“7 business days


๐Ÿ”น Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer

  • Cash refunds are not available

Customers will be contacted to share refund details.


๐Ÿ”น Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
